We started the day snorkeling crystal-clear waters at Poipu Beach… and ended it hiking through rain, mud, and near-zero visibility in Waimea Canyon on the way to a hidden waterfall. After a night in Kōkeʻe, we drove back into the sun and finished the adventure at the only coffee company in the U.S. where the plantation is still in operation. Kauai showed us every mood in one trip.
Tip for Waimea Canyon - better to do hiking in the morning and always had rain gear with you, the weather changes rapidly, and most likely it will rain at least 5 time while you're there :)
