Описание: In this video, I discuss the importance of integrating an analysis of lead aVR when you have a high pretest, probability of cardiovascular disease or a myocardial oxygen supply demand mismatch situation. In the emergency setting, elevation in lead aVR when paired with other findings such as diffuse ST depression or subtle elevation in V1, where the elevation and aVR is greater, should prompt us to consider the possibility of severe triple vessel disease or proximal LAD stenosis.
