"बिल्लो चौधरी (Mithun Chakraborty), एक साधारण मोटर मैकेनिक, होली के दिन घमंडी राजकुमारी देविका सिंह (Dimple Kapadia) से टकरा जाता है। देविका से अपना अपमान बर्दाश्त नहीं होता और वो बिल्लो को जेल भिजवा देती है। पर अपमानित बिल्लो चुप नहीं बैठता और राजकुमारी का अपहरण कर लेता है। अब सामने है राजकुमारी का निर्दयी भाई, यशवंत (Danny Denzongpa) जो औरतों की इज्ज़त से खिलवाड़ करने में बदनाम है और किसी भी कीमत पर बिल्लो को मिटाना चाहता है।
