Airfryer Roti Chips:
Ingredients:
Leftover rotis
Oil spray
Red chili powder
Cumin powder
Chaat masala
Salt
Instructions:
Start by cutting the leftover rotis into your desired chip shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
Place the roti pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Lightly spray the roti pieces with oil.
Set the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and air fry for 6-7 minutes.
After the initial time, flip the roti pieces over.
Air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the roti chips are crisp and golden brown.
Sprinkle the chips with red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to taste.
Serve the roti chips with guacamole or hot chai, and enjoy!
