I'm back today with a super exciting video. For this tutorial I used the new bPerfect Carnival III Love Tahiti palette! Supper stunning bright summery and tropical colours are in this palette. The eye look is super dramatic, but with this sort of palette go big or go home! I always love to do a half cut crease as it suits almost everyone!
