On the third day of my South-Wales part of my Wales Road-trip I stayed close to Llandeilo where I was staying. I went for a steady jog around the picturesque location of Dinefwr park passing through Castell Dinefwr, Newtown house and the old town of Llandeilo before taking a short country drive to the Carreg Cennen Castle and Tally Abbey.
