The Deputy Chief Minister has told the United Nations' Fourth Committee that it's as if Gibraltar doesn't exist for it.
Joseph Garcia said the UN can only celebrate when its process of decolonisation is complete and that that it will never be concluded while countries like Gibraltar are still waiting to be removed from the list.
