Nicki Minaj calls herself Donald Trump's 'number one fan'

Описание: Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj has called herself Donald Trump's "number one fan" during a promotional event for the US President's children's savings accounts program.

"The hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more ... we're not going to let them get away with bullying him," she said at the event.

Trump said the performer was a "great supporter" of his 'Trump Accounts' program, in which the government creates and funds with US$1,000 ($1,400) savings accounts for any baby born between 2025 and 2028.

The move comes amid mounting political pressure over the Trump administration's immigration crackdown, ICE raids and the fatal shootings of two US citizens in Minnesota.
