For a face-to-face visit to discuss hearing challenges or meet with your hearing provider, a HIPAA-compliant service is used so that we can meet. You can be in the comfort of your home, in front of a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and we can see one another while we are in our office.

For teleaudiology hearing aid services, additional options are offered. Several hearing aid manufacturers offer a feature located in your app where you can state your programming needs and send a message to your hearing care professional. Programming adjustments can be made in our office, and sent back to your phone for you to easily download. With newer technology, some apps also allow a virtual face-to-face feature, similar to Facetime or Skype. This allows us to give you a call on your smartphone, connect to your hearing aids, and make real-time adjustments virtually.
