Let's make the best Ghana Yam Balls you've ever had! It's really easy to make too! Everyone will love it!
You will need:
2 cups of mashed yam
1/4 cup of evaporated milk
1 tablespoon of diced onions
1/4 of one scotch bonnet pepper
a pinch red chilli flakes
black pepper to taste
about 2 tablespoons of butter
salt
For the breading- flour, milk, bread crumbs
