Boardmasters festival is into its second day as more than half of the full event ticket holders among the 50,000 music fans expected have arrived yesterday at the site at Newquay in Cornwall. The biggest annual event of its kind in the Cornwall calendar once is once again attracting revellers from all over the county and big name acts from all over the world.
Boardmasters' headliners Lorde, Liam Gallagher and Florence + the Machine lead a line-up of hundreds of acts across multiple stages. The festival, which runs from Wednesday to Sunday (August 9 to 13) also includes surfing competitions that attract some of the world's best riders.
