Beyond this, the initiative encompasses the development of an additional tunnel adjacent to it, catering to pedestrians and cyclists.
Furthermore, the project entails the establishment of a control and operation center for tunnel facilities, incorporating aviation fuel storage and a designated loading and unloading zone.
As per the OHL Company, the endeavor encompasses the design and construction of a 1.24-kilometer roadway and two-lane thoroughfares, linking the border control of Spain with Devil's Tower Road.
