✅ What is the CLAT syllabus for 5-year integrated LLB?
The CLAT syllabus for 5-year LLB is comprises of five section as follows;
English language
General knowledge and current affairs
Legal aptitude
Logical reasoning
Quantitative ability

✅ CLAT syllabus for English
The English Language section of CLAT will consist of comprehensive passages of 450 words each. Each passage will be followed by a series of multiple choice questions. The total number of questions in CLAT English will be around 28 to 32. In this section, candidates will be required to demonstrate their comprehension and language skills.

✅ CLAT syllabus for general knowledge and current affairs
In this section, comprehension passages followed by a series of questions will be given. There will be around 35-39 questions from this section with the following key focus areas.
Current events of national and international importance
Important events in international affairs
Historical events of continuing significance
Arts and cultural

✅ CLAT syllabus for legal aptitude
The legal aptitude is among the core subjects. This section will comprise comprehension passages of 450 words each to be derived from legal matters, public policy questions or moral philosophical enquiries. There will be around 35 to 39 questions from this section designed to test the legal awareness, critical thinking and analytical skills of the candidates.

✅ CLAT syllabus for logical reasoning
In this section, short passages of 300 words each will be given. There will be 28-32 questions on logical reasoning. Candidates will be required to identify the arguments, premises, patterns and draw conclusions on the basis of given facts or arguments.

✅ CLAT syllabus for quantitative ability
This section will be designed to test the candidate’s numerical ability and data interpretation. The standard of questions will be of Class 10 level. Ratios and proportions, basic algebra, mensuration and statistical estimation are some of the key topics in quantitative ability.

For CLAT preparation, you should be aware of the syllabus and pattern. You can prepare for CLAT by using the preparatory material provided by the Consortium of National Law Universities. The preparatory material includes question papers, mock tests, subject wise questions and others.
