A customer came to us with a challenge: their DMLS-printed Ti 6-4 mountain bike brake levers had a rough surface that didn’t meet their standards. As part of a broader post-processing evaluation, we tested several finishing methods—including centrifugal disc finishing—to help improve surface consistency and appearance without compromising geometry.
