Описание: Purpose

KOMPO TWIST linker-twister is designed for shaping frankfurters, sausages and hot dogs of uniform length by twisting artificial casings (polyamide, cellulose or collagen) with diameters from 16 mm to 36 mm. After twisting, the product is transferred to a forming table or a hanging system for further processing, such as smoking or cooking. Suitable for meat from industrial animals, poultry or fish, at temperatures between –4 °C and +20 °C.
