This diamond didn’t come from the earth — it was grown in a laboratory. In this “Inside the Factory” tour, you’ll witness the complete journey from a tiny diamond seed to a finished brilliant-cut gem: ultra-clean material prep, seed inspection and cleaning, then two major growth paths — HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) and CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) — both producing the same crystalline carbon.
We’ll go inside the machines that make it possible:
✅ HPHT presses that recreate mantle-like conditions (extreme pressure + ~1500°C heat), dissolving carbon and depositing it onto a seed crystal over 2–3 weeks.
✅ CVD reactors where hydrogen + methane form a glowing purple plasma, breaking gas molecules apart so carbon atoms settle and stack into diamond layer by layer over 2–4 weeks.
After growth, rough diamonds are cleaned, weighed, and 3D-scanned to plan the best cut, then laser-sawn, bruted, faceted on a scaife wheel, polished to a mirror finish, cleaned again, and finally graded by the 4Cs (carat, color, clarity, cut). You’ll also see laser inscription for traceability and certification before the diamonds are set into jewelry.
