This cheat's cauliflower will make will make a roast dinner that little bit easier, as it uses ready-made cheese sauce. A roast dinner has enough juggling elements as it is, so this dish will make it that little bit easier.

Serve alongside roast beef or chicken, roast potatoes, greens and gravy for the perfect Sunday lunch.

Ingredients
700 g cauliflower florets
2 x 350g tub ready-made cheese sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
50 g mature Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
40 g fresh breadcrumbs

1.Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Cook the cauliflower in a large pan of boiling water for 3-5min, or until just tender. Drain well and leave to steam dry in colander for 5min.
2.Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together the cheese sauce with the mustard.
3.Tip the cauliflower into a 1.5 litre ovenproof dish, pour over the cheese sauce mixture, followed by the grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Cook in oven for 35min until bubbling and golden. Serve hot.
