Описание: Hi guys. Today Maria and I are off to Panjim for a simple meal of fish curry rice. What happened is few months back we had gone to this great budget place Bhonsle’s Seetalaya in Panjim and after lunch there we bumped into a very nice couple on the streets of Panjim and they recommended us to go to Vinanti, which also has, apparently, a very good fish curry rice plate

Maria and I are on a budget so we’re going to have only a fish curry rice plate because I have a lot of expenses coming up. It’s my 50th birthday next month. I have to save for parties. And Maria has to save to buy expensive present for me. So see you guys all in Panjim

Vinanti restaurant is on MG Road in the heart of Panjim. From Campal, turn left at the accounts building onto MG Road. Follow MG Road as it curves right and then left. When you see the blue building of the Customs Museum on the right, slow down. Vinanti is that bright yellow sign, just opposite the road from the Customs Museum, on the first floor of Hotel La-Capital

We got a perfect table with a lovely view of the streets of Panjim

Vinanti has the full range of Goan fish. We’ll take one fish thali and we’ll take lepo fry, one plate

It’s so nice to be in Panjim on a holiday. It feels like we have the city to ourselves. The streets are empty. We’re here on the day of Diwali. It’s nice. Never see Panjim so peaceful. Normally we have to struggle for parking. Today we parked just right outside the restaurant

Thank you to the couple who recommended Vinanti to us. We’ve not yet tasted the food but we’re already happy with the experience

The restaurant decor is very simple but elegant

My fish thali has fried modso, prawn curry, rice, teesrio, flower bhaji, kismur, sol kari and salad. I like the special thali design also and the aroma of the curry is too good

(The curry is) bhindi and prawn and looking very appetising. Smelling also so good

The curry is too good, one of the best curries I had

The modso fry, kismur, teesrio and flower bhaji all were excellent

Maria's lepo fry was also too good. Nicely fried. Crispy

We spent more than we planned but everything was worth it. Top quality at Vinanti

By the time we are leaving, people have started coming in for lunch

Maria really enjoyed lepo fry after a long time. The lepo was really tasty and it was nice and crispy too. And the prawn curry with bhindi in it was very tasty. Even the bhaji was very nice. Cauliflower. On the whole the food was very nice

We had wonderful food. It was a great experience, coming to Vinanti. Thank you to the couple who recommended the place and

I must say Panjim has quite a collection of great restaurants for good fish curry rice. Vinanti is one of them. We’ll definitely come back here
