I've tried a LOT of mug cake recipes, but this is has been the absolute winner. It comes out soft, moist and saucy. It literally takes only 10 minutes to whip this up, so its perfect for those midnight cravings.

Ingredients:
1. Butter - 2 Tbsp
2. Sugar - 2 Tbsp (Brown/White)
3. Egg - 1
4. Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
5. All purpose flour - 2 Tbsp

7. Instant coffee powder - 1 Tsp (not part of the original recipe)
