Here's the IBM DMVS-09D. Being 9.1GB in capacity, it's the lowest end model in the Ultrastar 18LZX series. This example doesn't have amazing bearings, but it still works perfectly with no bad or slow sectors.
The model & series information of this drive is a litte difficult to find, given the label provides no indication that it's part of the Ultrastar 18LZX seres (nor specifically being the DMVS-09D). The jumper labelling is excellent though, so that makes up for it in a sense. These were available in 80-pin (SCA) or 68-pin SCSI variants (D indicating SCA in the model number).
These drives were early examples of IBM's 3.5" glass substrate hard drives (see: https://bananahdd.nl/wp-content/uploa..., however these don't suffer from reliability issues like the later 75GXP/40GV series.
Compared to @MBC9277 's DMVS ( • IBM DMVS COMP-IEC 950 SCSI (1999) - Hard D... ), this one doesn't pause mid-way when starting up. This unit ramps up steadily, which is a fairly interesting difference.
