Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is developing "The Jewel," a P25-billion mixed-use project on the 2.5-hectare site of the former Forum Robinsons Mall at the corner of EDSA and Pioneer Street in Mandaluyong City. The development will feature four office towers named Asscher, Trilliant, Marquise, and Peruzzi, each inspired by diamond cuts. A new six-story Forum Robinsons mall will also be part of the complex, offering modern retail and dining experiences. Designed to be an architectural landmark, The Jewel aims to match the grandeur of iconic structures like Marina Bay Sands and Taipei 101. It will incorporate sustainability features and eight-meter-high art installations representing Philippine wildlife, such as the Philippine eagle, whale shark, tarsier, and tamaraw. The project is strategically located near the MRT-3 Boni Station and adjacent to other RLC developments. The first office tower and the new mall are expected to be completed by 2026, with the remaining towers to follow by the end of the decade.
