Big changes are coming to Taco Bell in January 2026. Starting January 8, the Volcano Quesarito officially returns. Then on January 22 (or January 16 in the app), Taco Bell rolls out new and returning items like the Avocado Ranch Stacker, Beefy Loaded Potato Griller, Mini Taco Salad, Salted Caramel Churros, and the return of chicken nuggets. Many of these items will be priced at $3 or less, but several fan favorites are also being removed. Which item are you excited for — and which one hurts to lose?
