Todays video is all about some strange history. In 1804 a man by the name of Capt Samuel Jones had his leg crushed during a house moving accident. Imagine back then what it took to move an entire house all at once and the dangers it presented. Well, his leg was smashed and crushed so back that he had to have it amputated. Capt Jones decided the proper thing to do was give his leg a proper burial in the old cemetery with a full on ceremony . Now over 200 years later people still come to visit the guys buried leg in Washington NH and I must agree that is a very different piece of history. Lets go visit this 1700s 1800s graveyard and see the 1804 headstone of Mr. Jones.
