Evernote:
Evernote is the number one app to keep all your files neatly organised and filed away until you need them again. You can scan important documents from your iPhone or iPad with an app call scannable it couldn’t be easier process and your data will appear immediately inside of evernote.
Evernote provides you with great features in order to go paperless such as the ability to manage your Business cards ,scan them with your iPhone and iPad and watch evernote do it’s magic ,the card is immediately added as a note with all the relevant information

Notebooks:
Dropbox is a file syncing service that makes documents available to you no matter where you are ,the perks of using dropbox is that it integrates with pretty much everything ,a great tip that I have for you is to use it with an app called notebooks which is a note application app with an added task management feature that is both clever and super practical , it will display your dropbox files beautifully and sync flawlessly with your IOS devices.

DEVONthink is essentially a database for tagging and tracking all kinds of information. The app makes it a breeze to store and retrieve information. Gone the time where you needed to store Office files ,PDF’s ,Emails or bookmarks in separate applications now you can all store them in devonthink and take advantage of its build in artificial intelligence.
