See all that information below? That's for troubleshooting anything that's broken. I've made a new design that is CRAZY simple, no troubleshooting required. So very easy. You should watch that one instead.

Minecraft does some wonky things with averaging the doors sometimes, which can lead to a misplaced village center. If you're playing SSP, just get the addon here http://bit.ly/XWZd4Q and use that to find out which doors you need to destroy in order to fix the centering problem.

If you're on a multiplayer server, it's gonna be a bit more tough - first, delete all your doors and replace them in an alternating pattern (north door, south door, east..., west..., repeat). That usually fixes the centering problem. If it's STILL messed up, you're gonna have some trial and error fun ahead - start destroying doors (4-5 at a time) on the side where iron golems are mis-spawning (ex; if they're mis-spawning on the north side, destroy 4-5 north doors). Repeat that until they no longer spawn outside the platforms.
