The spirit of the music embodies the complexities of the African American experience --- hopeful in spite of tremendous struggle and resilient in spite of oppression. When freedom sings, it is a song of faith. Join us for a soul stirring evening that will inspire, uplift and honor the African American experience through song. Presented in part by the Town Hall Education Arts Recreation Campus (THEARC).
