Sanjiv Waeerkar has been in the Animation Industry for the past 25 years and has a wealth of experience in this business.

Currently, he is the Director of Ice candy, a company he started to cater to the increasing demand of creating original Indian content for the media and entertainment space.

He was a partner with Ronnie Screwvala in UTV Toons, and a pioneer in starting the outsourcing animation Business in India. After a decade of delivering animation TV series projects with the best of producers (Disney, Dreamworks, TV 12 Singapore etc) he moved on to work on the three 3D animation feature films “Arjun the warrior prince”, ”Dream blanket “and “Alibaba and 41 thieves.” All produced by UTV toons.

Sanjiv has also directed and produced, two TV Animation features titled “Cric X” and “ The World champs”. “Cric X” got released on Disney XD in summer 2014.

He has just completed a theatrical animation feature film titled ”Super Heroes” and is pitching to likely distributors.

Sanjiv Waeerkar is the creator of “Bunty aur Billy” animation TV series, of 78 x7 mins epsd aired on Disney’s ‘Hungama’ channel. This series was co-produced by Ice candy and Toonz Entertainment.

Sanjiv is the creator of "SIMPLE SAMOSA" its Season 1 got released on Disney in summer 2018 and it sseason 2 is slated for a diwali release in 2019.

Sanjiv is also a founding member of TASI, the most prominent animation body in India. He has been one of the spearheads and front-runner for the animation society of India. He is generally always invited to be a part of the jury for almost all International and National events catering to animation in India.

The creator of this channel is Upendraa Desai, who is himself a Creative Artist. He will help you become Creative through his experience and knowledge.
