Chef William from FLIK Hospitality Group, a part of Compass Group, chats to Adrian from EcoBurner about his recent experience trialling EcoBurner at an outdoor event where he catered for 250 people. Chef William talks about how EcoBurner emits a really nice even heat source that distributes the heat all the way to the sides of the vessel so keeps the food hotter. He also mentions that the consistent heat from EcoBurner offers a cleaner product that gives him adjustable heat that doesn't create burn spots like the gels.
