Boiled milk - ½ glass
Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Cardamom - ¼ tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Saffron string
Nutmeg powder

Coconut rice

Grated coconut - 1 cup
Cooked rice - 1 bowl
Coconut oil - 4 tsp
Red chilli - 1
Green chilli - 1
Asafoetida powder - ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste

Lemon rice

Cooked rice - 1 bowl
Lemon - 1
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Asafoetida powder - ¼ tsp
Chana dal - 1 tbsp
Urad dal- 1 tbsp
Peanut - 2 tbsp
Red chilli - 1
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Salt to taste


Tamarind rice

Pulikaichal

Tamarind - 200gm
Red chilli - 25
Peanut - 75gm
Asafoetida - 2 pcs
Sesame seeds - 50gm
Coriander powder - 50g.
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 25gm
Chana dal - 50gm
Urad dal - 50gm
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Oil- 75ml
Salt to taste
