Описание: A big moment in my running journey, finally reaching the 100 Tourist Parkrun milestone, and an opportunity to finally explain why I have been so quiet on YouTube and Strava. Carlisle is a lovely Parkrun, it's not flat and it's not all tarmac but it's a lovely setting and there's a great cafe in Morton Manor right next to the start. Really friendly too and nice to meet Jacob at the start and for other runners to invite me to join them at their table for a post-run coffee. Thanks Jennifer, Mark, Carmel and anyone else who I met that morning:)
