Ranasthali is a 2022 Telugu-language rural action drama that follows the intense and emotional journey of Basava and his wife Ammulu. The story begins with the two struggling to make ends meet after Basava fails to secure a government job. To ease their financial burdens, Basava starts working at the farm of a wealthy landowner named Chakravarthy.
Their quiet life takes a dark turn when four men arrive at the farm, pretending to be laborers. Welcomed into their home, these men soon reveal their true intentions — they are contract killers. Tragedy strikes as Chakravarthy and Ammulu are brutally murdered by the intruders. Devastated and enraged, Basava sets out on a violent path of vengeance to uncover who ordered the killings and why.
As the plot unfolds, the film delves into themes of betrayal, justice, and survival, all set against a gritty rural backdrop. With gripping fight sequences, emotional performances, and a strong sense of place, Ranasthali offers a raw and suspenseful cinematic experience.
