Rounding out week 1 of Half Marathon Training.
•brining my runs inside for the next few months —too hot, too humid
•Sundays are 2 runs —Endurance with incline, easier pace + a progression run in the afternoon faster paces
•Fridays will be long runs —8 miles for a few weeks
•M & W are strength training + yoga recovery
•TH cross training
• Sun & Mon Hot Yoga/Strength Training
I have a goal to move 25 miles/wk so there will be some shorter runs/walks mixed in.
I am training my body to run Fat Adapted. Ketone Energy!
Using my Lumen to track my metabolic response to training, nutrition, & recovery!
