For sauce : 4-5 cloves garlic | 1/2 inch ginger chop | oil 2 tbsp | 2 red chilly chop | 1/2 capsicum | 1/2 onion | 1tbsp soya sauce | 1 tbsp red chilly sauce | 1 tbsp red chilly paste | salt pepper | aginomotto | 1 tsp sugar | spring onions
