Recently, the crew of the Red Cross MOAS Responder agreed to let The Fifth Estate come onboard to join in one of their rescue missions. As our cameras rolled, on a single day, hundreds of migrants were plucked from listing wooden boats and rubber dinghies. The CBC's Nahlah Ayed chronicles the huge international effort to save migrants who seek a better life in Europe but often risk death getting there.
