Recipe:
1 head of white cabbage
boiled in salted water, leaves peeled off
For the filling:
500 g ground beef
2 sliced of white bread, soaked in water and squeezed
1 chopped onion
salt and pepper
mix everything

put meat dough in cabbage leaves and roll up

Fried the cabbage rolls in oil, deglaze with cabbage cooking broth

bake in oven 50 minutes with 200 degrees

Auch lege ich wert auf unkompliziertes kochen und backen, Altdeutsche Kuchen und alte Rezepte die nicht nur schnell zu kochen oder backen sind, sondern auch preisgünstig sind, was heute immer wichtiger wird.
Fingerfood, Partyfood und Dinner für 2, oder Ideen für den Kaffeeklatsch möchte ich teilen und zum Nachkochen anregen.
