How do you remove a personal representative in Florida probate?
Under Florida Statute § 733.504, a court may remove a personal representative for specific legal reasons — including misconduct, conflict of interest, incapacity, failure to perform required duties, wasting estate assets, or violating a court order.
The statute provides:
“A personal representative may be removed and the letters revoked for any of the following causes…”
Grounds include:
