Follow along with Miss Grace for a simple 5 minute warmup that will get you ready for dance class! Warming up for dancers is incredibly important because it lowers the risk of injury by preparing the muscles and joints for bigger movement that dance requires.
This warmup includes 60 seconds of cardio, 60 seconds of strength, and 120 seconds of joint mobilization.
