Carry The Fire 🔥

Описание: This is a Patch I put together for my Niece Holly!

It’s her Birthday already here in Germany, but not officially in Nebraska (yet).

I wanted to put something together which may be similar to what she likes, yet perhaps different or new.

I could go into the technical details of the Patch here (on EVA) but I may do that later. Let’s say that the Clock is driving a lot here, with my Clock Divider helping the beats from my two Pico Drums Modules. One Melody from Plaits being heavily Modulated, and the other more gorgeous Melody coming from Rings, which goes through a BBD Delay and then Beads. Mixing live through my Matrix Mixer. May add more details later.

Clock / Time: Main Clock from Mordax Data (~80bpm) Multed out to Frap Tools 333 and into Tunefish Modular MI Marbles Clone (uMarbles / Pachinko). Clock was also used as Trigger in both Pico Drums and in a few other places, including Doepfer A-160-2 Clock Divider II

Sequencing: MI uMarbles / Pachinko for main sequencing. Clock Divider splitting Clock Signal to both Pico Drums

Filter(s): Shakmat Dual Dagger for Plaits; After Later Audio (ALA) Popple for Pico Drums Audio

Modulation: DivKid / Instruo Ochd split into 333 for Multing; Intellijel Quadrax; XAOC Devices Zadar; Intellijel Quadratt (1U); Happy Nerding 3x MIA

Utilities: Intellijel Quad VCA for mix from 3x MIA and signal from Plaits into Dual Dagger; Tunefish Modular MI Veils 2020 Clone with signals from Quadratt and Befaco STMIX

FX: Thumping effect achieved with closing LPF on Dual Dagger; Erica Synths Pico BBD giving Delay to Rings audio; MI Beads (The Real OG!) providing a bid of Granular Synthesis Effects and Reverb to Rings audio; end of chain effects for all from Happy Nerding FX Aid XL and a little (later on, perhaps not in this Video) Reverb or Chorus from Behringer XENYX QX1204 Mixer. Everything mixed Live and DAWless

Mixing: A little mixing going on with 333s (I currently have 3 333s); with some sub-mixing going on in Quadratt; with most mixing occurring in AI Synthesis A1018 Stereo Matrix Mixer. A little mixing occurring in the XENYX QX1204

Additional Notes: This Patch was put together in the early morning to celebrate Holly’s 18th Birthday! Happy Birthday Holly!
