These spring rolls are packed with fresh vegetables, sweet potato, chicken cubes, and a hint of ground pork-all seasoned with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a touch of cooking wine for natural, balanced flavor. No added salt or sugar needed!

Ingredients:
1 cup green beans, sliced
1/2 medium cabbage, slice
1 medium carrot, cut into strips
1 small bell pepper, diced
1 small sweet potato, cut into strips
1 Chicken knorr cube
1/2 cup ground pork
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine (optuonal)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
spring roll wrappers
1 tbsp cornstarch + water ( for sealing paste )
cooking oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Saute garlic, onion, & ginger until fragrant
2. Add ground pork, cook until lightly browned.
3. Add green beans, carrot, sweet potato, and bell pepper. Season with sauces and pepper.
4. Let the veggies cook on their own natural water until tender.
5. Add the chicken cube and cabbage, and stir well continue cooking until everything is fully cooked and well combined.
6. Turn of the heat and let the filling cool completely before wrapping.
7. Make the sealing paste, mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with water to form a smooth paste.
8. Wrap the spring rolls, place about 2 tbsp of filling onto each wrapper, fold and roll tightly and seal the edges with the cornstarch paste.
9. Cover the wrapped spring rolls with plastic wrap to prevent the wrappers from drying out and turning tough.
10. Fry the spring rolls, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry in batches.
making sure not to overcrowd the pan so each roll cooks evenly.
11. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Removed and drain excess oil on a wire rack or paper towels.
12. Serve hot with cucumber dipping sauce in vinegar. Crispy, savory, and perfectly balanced.
