DIY Wood Stove Installation | DIY Brick Hearth for Wood Stove

Описание: DIY wood stove installation and building a brick hearth was our first big project for our new home.
I've always wanted a wood-burning stove, but it's never been possible in a city apartment. And it feels incredible to be able to make this dream a reality with our own hands.
We both enjoy DIY projects and learning new skills, so this was a lot of fun.
Aside from the fear of the chimney not working, the most difficult task proved to be finding brick slips. But it turned into an adventure :)
The brick hearth turned out really well; we made a few mistakes along the way, but we plan to fix them in the spring.
There are no words to describe the feeling of making tea on it, sitting by the crackling fire, and reading a book while snow falls outside.
