I needed a roller stand to start weathering some steam engines. Testing engines with the rollers was always a pain without some sort of permanent base, especially for those engines where the tender has a tether and needs to be attached.
This base only took a couple hours and used scrap stuff laying around the garage. You only need 4 rollers, even for the biggest of engines.
