Our bodies are built to survive, rather than thrive on todays delicacies (e.g., fast foods, etc.). This video aims to focus on a few simple concepts that can help in achieving your goals towards losing weight or building muscle. Ideally, we should be choosing of the two options, since our body requires additional calories to build muscle, while being in a deficit to lose body fat. Although it isn't impossible to do both ('recomping'), it is the most practical when considering the limitations of the human body, without exogenous influence.
