If I could go back to day one of my UGC journey, these are the two things I wish someone sat me down to explain to me.
1️⃣ UGC communities are helpful but they won’t do the work for you.
Use them to learn, not to compare or wait for handouts.
2️⃣ Rejection from brands is NORMAL.
A “no” is not a reflection of your talent. Sometimes it’s timing, budget, or simply not the right fit.
If you’re starting UGC and feeling discouraged, this is your sign to keep going. Everyone you admire started as a beginner too.
