I have September's unofficial numbers today and no surprise, we are down around 7.5% year over year. The silver lining is that we are up 2.5% from our horrible August numbers. I really don't think we are going to see pricing increase much at any point for the remainder of 2024, but hopefully we can hold above that $1 million mark going into 2025.
Our inventory still sits near all-time highs which is not great news for Sellers, but thankfully we are still seeing more sales than we did this time last year!
I really think until we have a max exodus of properties in December like we always do, we won't feel any positive shifts in our market. However, I do think going into 2025, we will be in a much more balanced market.
