Описание: My husband has the parking placard (for his T1-T12 fusion) and there are some rules that the placard doesn't let you break. That placard is to allow disabled people access to designated spaces not park anywhere. It also allows a disabled person to park in time limited areas longer than the limit. Even with a placard "No Truck or Van Parking" means exactly what it says no truck or van parking. It's a safety thing for the disabled person parking. Also the people at the intersection stop signs for visibility.
