Each of our lives has three parts: the past (for which we are Grateful), the present (in which we must work with Grit and determination), and the future (in which we will be most successful if we believe that we can Grow to our potential). The challenge for us all is to see the connections and bring them to life in everything we say and do, to lead each of us to Greatness.
John McPhee is the Global Supply Chain University Program Lead at Nike. A believer in lifelong learning, he holds several degrees and is pursuing a Master's of Education at Marylhurst University.
