In this video we set out a selection of trotting pole exercises to creatively string together in a course. I also include a trot pole exercise that includes leg yielding to add more variety and use the poles to help improve straightness.
The trotting poles help with elasticity and in Dante's case he stays focussed more on me and what we are doing.
