A setting where Everyone is considered equal and acts accordingly. It is a situation where you can feel completely relaxed, calm, and just be yourself.

And there are lots of ways of having a ‘Hyggelig’ time. You can hang out in a ‘Hyggelig’ place, surround yourself with ‘Hyggelige’ things and of course you can spend time with your loved ones.
