Protein Balls:
These are great for on the go snacking without going over your macros. This batch makes about 12 balls
RECIPE
1 cup toasted oats set your oven for 375 and toast 1 cup of oats for about 8-10 min. you will notice it start to brown a bit and the texture hardens.
In a food processor blend all of the ingredients below until a dough clump forms
1 tablespoon organic creamy Peanut Butter
1 oz Dried Coconut (Shredded, Sweetened)
2 scoops of BPI Chocolate Brownie ISO HD Whey Protein
Toasted oats
1 tbsp walden farms syrup
2 tbs Nestle mini chocolate chips
1 tsp of coconut oil
Remove from food processor , take a small chunk of dough and roll it until you form a ball. Repeat the process until you have rolled all of the dough.
For an extra treat you can cover them with coconut. Simply pour some 0 calorie pancake syrup into a bowl and some shredded coconut flakes into another bowl. Then dip your balls into the pancake syrup then roll around in the coconut flakes.
