This Bangkok street food is Quail Eggs on a stick, which I saw at the Ratchada Train Night Market in Bangkok, Thailand.
I love how she just uses the special Quail Egg cutter to cleanly crack open the Quail eggs and pours it into the special half circle cooking pan.
Quail eggs are considered a delicacy in some parts of the world, but they are mostly more popular in the Asian countries.
Quail eggs pretty much taste like an egg, but a smaller in size. Which makes it a great little snack to munch on, while you shop around the night market.
Price: 20thb per stick ($0.85 AUD)
Location: Ratchada Train Night Market, Bangkok, Thailand.
